For this reason, all activated subscriptions are non-refundable.

• Trial fees (if applicable) are non-refundable

Refunds will not be issued for issues caused by:

4. Duplicate Payments

In the event of a confirmed duplicate payment:

• The duplicate amount may be refunded after verification

5. Service Interruptions

Temporary interruptions due to maintenance, server updates, or technical factors do not qualify for refunds.

We aim to maintain stable service, but continuous uptime cannot be guaranteed.

6. Unauthorized Use

Accounts suspended due to violation of our Terms & Conditions are not eligible for refund.

7. Chargebacks

Initiating an unjustified chargeback without contacting support may result in:

• Immediate account suspension
• Permanent service restriction
